Cancellation Policy
Upon cancelling an appointment, a 48hr notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 90% charge.
Deposits are non-refundable and can not be transformed. Each reschedule will result in another deposit unless rescheduled within 24hrs. Therefore you will need to contact us to reschedule.
Same day cancellations and no-show will be charged 100% of your service.
There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 mins, a $10 late fee will be charged. After 10 mins and no communication, full balance will be charged.
If payment is unsuccessful, you will be banned from booking. Please feel free to contact me if needed.
